So, you’re on the road and in your hotel room. Let’s imagine there’s no gym and it’s raining outside. How do you stay in shape?
Try these YouTube workout videos. Call it a Band-Aid on your workout program, but they can go along way to making sure you don’t lose too much ground in your fitness routine, while on the road.
This video features a cardio workout appropriate for a hotel room. Try it out and see what you think. It lasts about nine minutes.
Here is a similar hotel room cardio workout, but with less twisting of the upper body (if that is a concern for you). It is specifically designed for people with knee trouble. This routine is about 10 minutes in length.
The following workout is a Pilate style, core-muscle strengthening routine that is remarkably complete. This would be a nice complement to your daily cardio workout. You might try this 2 to 3 times a week, time permitting. This workout is about 45 minutes in length.
